Rooted in Attachment and Developmental Psychology, Stephanie’s all-encompassing approach draws on the principles of Dialectical Behaviour Threapy (DBT), Traumatic Incident Reduction, Life Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), sensory integration, nutritional health, mindfulness, visualization, and yoga.
